When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are Mad Hippie products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. The vast majority of our products are vegan, with the exception of our SPF which contains a small amount of sustainably sourced beeswax.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international locations. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your country is available.
